I wanted ta know if I was suppose ta do somethin' other than just simply puttin' the MGS4 theme file onto a SD Card, 'cause i put it in but when I try ta install it, it says there is no files

Before you put the .p3t file onto the SD card, you need to set up the directory properly. You need to create folder called "PS3" in the root directory, and then inside of that folder another folder named "THEME". They have to be spelled and capitalized like that, too.
If you still can't get it working, here is the download link for my Metal Gear Online theme: Metal Gear Online. Browse here on the PS3's web browser and just click that link to download the theme.
